Delivery time varies depending on your location and begins after payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code to follow your delivery in real time.

We ship throughout Brazil via partner carriers and the postal service. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the region and delivery method selected.

All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

In cases of delays caused by the carrier, strikes, promotional periods, or external factors, our team will be available to provide support and track your delivery.

Exchange and Return Policy

At PriAura Beauty, our customers' satisfaction is our priority.

If you received a defective, damaged, or different product than ordered, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt to request an exchange or return.

According to the Consumer Protection Code, you can also request to cancel your purchase due to buyer's remorse within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

For an exchange or return to be approved, the product must:
